We called before leaving the car on Wednesday, due to a check engine light problem. We talked to Iran and we left it, it lasted 3 days and no one ever called us to tell us anything. I didn't have the best interaction with the service people. They told me I didn't need to make an appointment and when I showed up that asked why I didn't have an appointment. My tires were filled to 40 psi, spec on the vehicle is 33. And they unplugged the device in my dash and didnt plug it back in. Super irritating when I ONLY asked for an oil change. And they tried to charge me $180 for a rear differiental service, do they think I'm an idiot? No fitler, one quart of 75w80 is $7.50 on Amazon. $180? Wow, what a rip off. Really, really makes me not want to ever go back, and I am considering buying a brand new Ram 2500 Diesel truck. Your loss. More
