Salesman Joe was a good guy. Just a typical salesman. Stories about how this ones special because.... lol. Everyone was nice as youd expect from someone trying to sell you a car. Gary French was our sales representative and he did an excellent job for us. He was very knowledgeable of the Lincoln and its many features. Gary made sure we had the training we needed on the navigation system and radio. He also said he could answer questions if we found that later on we needed some additional assistance. Gary told us he would handle all of the scheduling for our car maintenance and all we needed to do was call him. It was reassuring to know that Gary is only a telephone call away. We did find that he did an excelltn job of scheduling everything that needed to be done before driving off the lot with our new vehicle.
