Oil change Bill was great and very accommodating. Last visit, however, my car acted up and I pulled over to check it out. Mechanic left the top off. The works service. I met with service rep, he reviewed what they were going to do & the time they should be done. I stayed in the waiting area which was equipped with ou I met with service rep, he reviewed what they were going to do & the time they should be done. I stayed in the waiting area which was equipped with outlets, tv & snacks.
