We recently went back to Paragon Honda because we needed to replace my 2009 Honda Accord after an accident. He was honest and there was no pressure. We were very happy with the experience. I love my new car, as I did my 2009 Honda Accord, both purchased at Paragon Honda. Literally the best experience at this dealership. I called Thursday morning and spoke to Tupac for a car I’ve been searching so long for and every other dealership would sell the car once it arrived I called Thursday morning and spoke to Tupac for a car I’ve been searching so long for and every other dealership would sell the car once it arrived to their lot. I was lucky to contact this dealership and my exact car wasn’t even at this lot yet, Tupac informed me it would be there SAME DAY at 6pm if I wanted it. Indeed it was there same day and I seen my car the same day. I was having insurance problems so I had to leave my car there and pick it up this morning and even then the process was still really good. Tupac was a very great help, he answered all my questions and gave me the best deal possible! As a first time car owner walking out with a Brand New 2023 Honda Civic Hatchback with only 3 miles on the car it definitely feels amazing. Thank you so much Tupac for all your help!! I parked and walked up and soon as I was about to enter he greeted me an Is the best salesperson I have ever met great customer service and patience. I parked and walked up and soon as I was about to enter he greeted me and asked if I had an appointment I said no and he immediately proceeded to help me. I’m not familiar with cars at all he took his time and thoroughly explained everything to me. I have had cars in the past but honestly I’ve never had a salesman explain to me the difference between the lease and finance the way he did. He made me feel comfortable. No matter how many questions I had he answered them and no matter how much explaining I needed he did it and had patience. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. He showed different cars and gave me the features of each. He’s honestly the best. I will come back and I will definitely refer people here More
