Good experience with the exchange program Recently traded in my 2016 HRV for a lease on a 2020 HRV. David Morales was my exchange specialist. He worked with me to get a deal I felt comfortab Recently traded in my 2016 HRV for a lease on a 2020 HRV. David Morales was my exchange specialist. He worked with me to get a deal I felt comfortable with. Started the process one day and made the decision to go with it the next. Different managers were there on the 2 days and David ensured I got the trade in deal the manager on day 1 had offered despite getting some resistance from the manager on day 2. David was also extremely helpful in giving me a ride back to my house to pick up necessary paperwork and helping me take everything out of the old car and transfer into the new. I would recommend David Morales. More
