We were immediately welcomed by the friendliest staff you could ever meet. I asked so many questions, and spent over three hours sitting in different vehicles and asking everyone a ton of questions. Everyone was so kind and patient, answering all my questions without hesitation. We finally decided on the Passport Touring. Our salesman Haitham was amazing! He took us out to test drive both vehicles, he handled all our documentation, messaged us when our plates were ready and made sure everything was perfect for us before we picked up the Passport. He even came in on his day off to make sure that everything was in order for us. William in finances sat with us to go over rates and explained everything 100%, offering us options and package deals. The manager and every staff member of Paragon Honda made our experience so memorable, that we will definitely recommend them to family and friends. I feel that we wouldn't have received the care and attention that Paragon Honda in Woodside, NY gave us, anywhere else.
