We initially met with a new sales person who while friendly was not as knowledgeable about the vehicle as we expected. Mr. Graciano stepped in and provided us with all the information that we needed. He negotiated fairly over the price and went out of his way to secure some changes that we wanted in the car. The only downside to Paragon is that it can be difficult to find a parking place within a few blocks. I've used the service center as well and you do have to line up very early to secure a spot in line to have your car serviced. If you are only going to the parts department finding parking will be difficult. My wife was particularly impressed that there were several women sales persons on the floor so that buying a car didn't feel to her like going to a mens club. It's also good to see the rainbow of New York's population reflected in the entire staff. Quality of service and a commitment to equality can go hand in hand. More

This is good team of people.They don't haggle a lot but offer up a good deal. They're courteous and overall you'll feel like they're paying attention to your needs. My only comment would be know your financing options before you go in. I was shown two options totally through Honda financing. First i was told that the going rate would be 9.34 with total interest payments of around 7K on a 12K purchase. This was compare against a 'special' offer to buy Honda care and bring down the rate. My bank later told me they could have financed the car for 4.9% saving me quite a bit. I was also told by several people that the dealer should have really explained other options and definitely asked me about my bank. This was my first car purchase so i was a little naive. I feel a little ripped off in the financing area but i should have done my homework so that's not Paragon's fault. But, it would have been nice to have been offered up my bank financing as a option. I just got swept up in the moment. The financing part has soured me a little towards the process but i will know better next time. Know your financing options before you go. Take the time to walk away from the table and ask around if this is the best deal for you. I really wish i had done this. More

I guess this is why you should never neglect your car and stay on top of servicing. When i went to buy my honda pilot, I was looking at the car in side and out side then Mr.Suraj Mathews approached to me and asked me if i did need any help. On November 5th I had gone to Huntington Honda to trade my car in that I had bought there 3 years prior I had thought being that I bought my privies car from them , they would take that into consideration and at least try and give me the best deal possible, I finally left a deposit but with hesitation. Upon waken up Saturday Morning I made the decision to go and just see what Paragon had to offer? And I drove off with my New Car right off the showroom floor. Also I must say they make all customers feel important from start to finish., with Jose, Jonathan Camacho also with the Finance Manager Joseph Choi and finally last but not least Elsie Tavarez (Delivery Coordinator) was amazing and took her time in going over all the details of my new vehicle and making sure I understood how to use everything, she also took time and helped me even store names and numbers in my Navigation system. She's definitely is an added bonus to the company. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. And look forward to Honda number #3 in three years and I will be going back to Paragon Honda. More

They give you a good price and then screw you in the financing. beware of giving a deposit or taking the car with a down payment before the financing is fully approved by the finance company. The will "approve" you in the showroom only to call you a day later that your loan was rejected by honda finance. then they will offer you outrageous finance rates, if you decline they will not give you your down payment back, if you want to leave the showroom with the car to arrange for finance from a different source, they will threaten to call the cops. so basically either you accept their finance rate or leave the car and your down payment and hope you get one or the other later. stay away from this dealership, its big but it seems it has made its money by coning and cheating customers. you will feel uneasy as soon as you enter the dealership, i did and I should have trusted my guts and left, but instead I "struck a deal" with them and had a traumatic experience.
