Overall Great Experience After some miscommunication and misunderstandings, I voiced my concern to the GM Brian. He responded within minutes of my email even at 11pm and apologized. He promised to resolve the situation first thing the next day. He called me personally and as promised he made sure my friend and I both got the deals we were promised. We finalized the deal the next day. We both got great deals on great cars and the rest of our experience at Paragon was exceptional. Brian, Mariano, and Ariel made sure of it. It is hard to find a dealership that will go out of it's way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Brian, the GM, was honest, transparent, and kind. Mariano was professional and made sure the rest of the transaction went smoothly. He eveb called me the day after I picked up the car to make sure there were no issues. Thank you again! More
