We drove two hours to Paragon because they offered us a really great deal on a Honda Pilot. He was straightforward, honest, and very helpful and the price stayed the same throughout the entire process with no hidden add ons or extras. As someone who is skeptical of car dealers because of bad experiences in the past, this experience at Paragon made me much more comfortable. The only minor complaints I have are that we waited a very long time for each step of the process once we decided to purchase. And that when we arrived there were about 20 salesmen eyeing us up and it made us a bit uncomfortable. Felt like “chum in the water” around sharks for a bit. Again, minor stuff and the money we saved on our purchase made it worth it. Overall a really great experience. More
