I called Paramount Hyundai of Hickory because I was having a bad experience with Kia in Asheville with a car I purchased in 2020 and they turned the whole bad experience around put me in a new 2023 Hyu having a bad experience with Kia in Asheville with a car I purchased in 2020 and they turned the whole bad experience around put me in a new 2023 Hyundai Elantra inline and was very polite well-mannered help through the whole process and at the end Karrie went over everything about the new car that it could do and the available features before we left .When my family is ready for another car we will return to Hyundai of Hickory thank you Chris and Karrie for the great service and experience More
