Our first stop was at Paramount Hyundai where quite by chance we met Mark Robinson. We had been cruising the inventory on their lot when Mark introduced himself to us. Within minutes we realized that Mark was doing most of the listening, allowing us to explain our needs and plan. This was unlike the vast majority of car shopping experiences we ever had. And it was refreshing. After test driving a Hyundai Tucson, we accepted Mark's invitation to join him inside the dealership to further talk about our thoughts of this vehicle. And once inside we marveled at how the interaction was more dialog than download. Throughout the entire process Mark advocated for us in an honest and fair way. Just as we were wondering how our experience was different, we recognized that the people of Paramount Hyundai were unashamedly proud of their faith-based business model. They treated everyone with the common respect and decency we all deserve. It was the BEST experience we've ever had buying a vehicle (I am 65 and my wife is 71). We were able to get everything all done and my wife when she got home from Boston only had to sign her half of the papers and the SUV (2023 Santa Fe Caligraphy) was ours! The ride, safety features, comfort, noise level and horsepower exceeds the BMW X3. * with the exception of horsepower of the M series version at significantly more money.
