Sales person Alexa was very responsive and professional. When the totally online deal was sent to me, the value of my trade was half what it should have been. What's more, the new Kia I wanted to buy was When the totally online deal was sent to me, the value of my trade was half what it should have been. What's more, the new Kia I wanted to buy was at least priced 10% above MSRP. I had previously purchased two new vehicles at Paramount. I find this a disgraceful way to treat customers, let alone a returning customer. I will never do business with any dealer that charges more than MSRP for a vehiicle. That promise is applicable for now and in the future when production is up to normal. If a company is dumb enough to put all of their critical parts (chips) into the hands of a single supplier/location that is their problem, not mine. More
