Not sure I would recommend this dealership in terms of showing that they truly care about the customer. Offering refreshments is great, but not a substitute for making the customer feel that they have not showing that they truly care about the customer. When the manager is so completely set on not budging even $20 on the price, while reminding you that the next person to walk through the door will pay his price, then he, and probably management in general, have lost sight of building a loyal customer. Kudos to our salesperson, Taylor, who worked hard to help us out! More
