Alexa was easy to deal with. She took the time to answer all my questions. I came in super close to closing time on a Saturday (my mistake) she acted as if it was opening time. The vehicle I chose still nee all my questions. I came in super close to closing time on a Saturday (my mistake) she acted as if it was opening time. The vehicle I chose still needed a few things done and she was on it Monday morning. She is the only Sales rep that actually called my insurance office as promised. I like follow through. Been a long time since I bought a car. So I went to the lot to check out the new Kia's. They were on my long list and the first car lot I visited. I ended up driving home a new car with Alexa's help. She took the time to listen and explain to me all the safety features of my new car. Not once did I feel her pushing me to buy a car.
