Third Purchase - Awesome Service! I came over to have a recall done on my car, and since I got there early I decided to just drive around the lot and see what they had. Red is my favor I came over to have a recall done on my car, and since I got there early I decided to just drive around the lot and see what they had. Red is my favorite color, and I saw a red KIA Sorento sitting there, all lonely. I had no intentions of trading, but I had always wanted a red Sorrento, but red was not a color either of the two years that I bought the Sorrento's that I had. Bucky Bates told me they would make me a deal and that I should look at it. I had really great car payments, lower than most, and told him that, and told him that I had no intentions of trading and raising my car payment. Let me tell you what, he got Aaron, one of the GMs to come in and help to make sure that they got my payments where they needed to be. Aaron sold me my first KIA 11 years ago, and he also talked to me when I came back five years later and bought my second one (from Andrew Newhouse-awesome guy too!). After 11 years Aaron remembered red was my favorite color and that I wanted a red one both times and didn't end up getting one. Aaron was determined for me to have this car, and he worked out an awesome deal for me. Bucky Bates, Aaron, and the rest of the team at KIA worked hard to get the payments as low as the ones I had. Again, this is my third KIA Sorento purchased from this same dealership, and I have been happy every time. They have stayed until 10 at night on my second purchase, they had Aaron and Bucky Bates working on this third purchase to meet the payment I could afford, and upgraded to a better Sorento. My car came in on a truck three days later, so they gave me a loaner identical to mine to drive till it came in. When I went to pick it up, Odie showed me all the "SMART CAR" Bluetooth stuff, how it worked, which app to download and how to work it all after I downloaded things. He set up my phone (all these things were different from my car). Like I mentioned, going from a regular car with a back up screen and Bluetooth to a Smart Car with so many capabilities was an upgrade. I have always been pleased with this dealership and their staff, going above and beyond and put it in the extra effort to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and I feel good about the choice that I've made in a car purchase. I'm a repeat customer that will be back again because they care, they put effort into their customers, sales and their staff step up! Thanks Bucky and Aaron! I love my PASSION RED KIA Sorento!!! I came in originally to obtain information for a future lease (1-2 months from now). I could not refuse the offer they put on the table. Going from a 2016, 4 cylinder, no third row seat to a 2019, V6, third row seat and numerous safety upgrades for $3.00 less per month was a no brainer. I never felt any pressure and knew if I needed to walk away I could and would be able to return in the next month or two. When I need another car I will be back. Michael even delivered the car to my home for me and spent time going over all the smart features with my husband and I. Thanks again for a great experience. More

The Paramount Kia dealership as a whole was wonderful. There were no pressure tactics. I wasn’t bombarded by calls and texts during the process of looking. It was very laid back. The salesman were very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. We were able to get a great price on a Sportage with bells and whistles we thought were out of our price range. It didn’t take much of the bargaining game hassle either. We were offered a very good deal right from the get go which saved us time. I would highly recommend Paramount Kia to anyone. More

Added $2499.00 Car warranty to my new car purchase First off I have bought a total of 3 new cars and 1 used car from this dealership. This last new car purchase was the only time I ever had a extended First off I have bought a total of 3 new cars and 1 used car from this dealership. This last new car purchase was the only time I ever had a extended car warranty added without telling me. I never thought in a million years this dealership would try and do me bad like that. Be very careful what you sign and do not let them rush you through when signing for your loan. First off you sign all the paperwork on a giant size table TV screen so you are hurrying through all the signing and not once did the business manager Brian Carter tell us about the $2499.00 warranty that he added. The only way I even knew about this coverage was because the extended car warranty place mailed me information about my new coverage purchase in the mail. I was also told by Brian that he would mail me a cancellation form but he did not he mailed me a pamphlet on the warranty he had added. I then had to email him again requesting the cancellation form I finally got it back and faxed and emailed it back to him. I am still waiting to see if the amount get refunded back to my car loan which by the way made my car payment increase monthly because of this being added. Once it is refunded back to my car loan the monthly car loan payments will stay the same since it was sent in originally with the loan amount to the bank which I am not happy about either. UPDATE- THE DEALERSHIP HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. BUYER BEWARE More
