Pleased overall despite error Bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento because of its low mileage and we were told it had only one owner, which was important to us. However, when we checked Carf Bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento because of its low mileage and we were told it had only one owner, which was important to us. However, when we checked Carfax we found out it had three prior owners. Dealership was very apologetic about what seemed to be an honest error and offered a further discount on the price as a good faith gesture. We were pleased with their overall sales team and decided to make the purchase. We also purchased from Kia a 5 year warranty and will take the car there for servicing. Bottom line is we would recommend shopping for your next car at Paramount Kia. More

I was interested to trading my Sportage for a Cadenza I had seen online. I knew I was going to be upside down in my loan, but I was NOT happy with a SUV and had always wanted a Cadenza. With all that said, my experience went smoothly, and the staff sought several avenues to make it happen that I got the Cadenza, which I love love love!
