Wonderful man ..great dealership..Anthony Parton.. Got a call from Anthony that someone was looking for a standard transmission SUV..which my name came up on computer..I had a 2011 Sportage. .straight Got a call from Anthony that someone was looking for a standard transmission SUV..which my name came up on computer..I had a 2011 Sportage. .straight drive 67,000..miles..great car never had any problems..but went down..talked w Anthony.saw a 2017 Sportage that I liked.Automatic..drove it.liked it..bought it.Anthony was really a great person to work w me to make this happen..He received a call that his grandmother had passed away..he told me she was in the hospital..I encouraged him to leave..I would come back today..he stayed w me till paperwork was done.and helped unload baby seats..etc..then bought me a tank of gas.God bless his family..and him..during this time.would highly recommend talking w him .if you are buying a vehicle..Ty Anthony.. Professional, courteous and no pressure! I was searching for a used truck a few weeks ago and stopped at Kia of Asheville to peruse their inventory. I was greeted by Mike Baxley who provided I was searching for a used truck a few weeks ago and stopped at Kia of Asheville to peruse their inventory. I was greeted by Mike Baxley who provided excellent advice and guidance; however, he only had a few trucks on the lot that met my criteria. He suggested I review the corporate website for options at their other dealerships in the region. And, if I found a good match, Mike would bring the vehicle to Asheville for a test drive. I located a used Toyota Tundra at their dealership in Hickory, called Mike and he delivered. He called when the truck arrived in Asheville, called the morning of my test drive and came in early to ensure it was ready to go. Afterwards, we negotiated a great deal and at no time did Mike pressure me to buy. He remained professional, respectful and calm. A refreshing departure from the car salesmen of yesteryear. WOW! What a deal. I gave the 5 stars because I had my first truly comfortable experience at a dealership today. Mike Baxley knows his product. He and all the others I dealt with were professional and friendly. I had been there two other times dealing with Jarrad Wilson who also knows his product. I would not have bought today except for the assurance Jarrad will also receive recognition for his part in my purchase. Both agents allowed me to spend all the time I needed to make my decision. Did I mention the deal? I believe I got a sweet deal. A side note about the people in the dealership. While I was there today, I witnessed three employees helping a elderly man who was visibly stressed by the way other dealers had treated him (I was close enough to listen). They treated him with respect and listened to him. Good job. More
