Kia Soul I bought a Kia Soul last summer. They were very helpful and courteous. It was my first time buying a car by myself. I loved the car! I would only reco I bought a Kia Soul last summer. They were very helpful and courteous. It was my first time buying a car by myself. I loved the car! I would only recommend a couple of things. #1 They need to step by step explain each added cost to the sticker price. They needed to tell me what was optional and what wasn't. I ended up with extras I wouldn't have included in my loan. 2nd I would recommend They either find another gap insurance company or finding your own if needed. My Kia was totaled by a friend and the company Kia chose for me was beyond difficult to work with! It took them three months to pay my loan off after reportedly losing/missing paper work multiple times:) even though my regular insurance, the loan company and myself sent it multiple times. I would still recommend a Kia! Just make sure you understand sticker price and extras.. Ask loads of questions about the warranty and service plans! I had no idea I even purchased one until it was too late to use! More

Second car purchase from Paramount Kia in 4 months We had an excellent experience with this dealership in April, 2017 when we purchased a Kia Soul for our daughter. So, I decided to "just go by" and l We had an excellent experience with this dealership in April, 2017 when we purchased a Kia Soul for our daughter. So, I decided to "just go by" and look at the Optima. Our original sales person was no longer there so Jodi Biltonen offered to help us. She let us drive several models of Optima (regular, hybrid, plug-in hybrid) and was not pushy at all. Gave us lots of information. I am not usually an impulse buyer but when I got the quote from Aaron, we ended up going over and leasing the Optima plug-in. I absolutely love the car. I was really trying to get out of there fast so from finance to use of the vehicle, I really didn't get much of an explanation (my fault) but Jodi kept checking back with me and got me back in, at my convenience, to detail the car and answer any questions I had on the vehicle. She was great to get me the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend her and this dealership. More
