It's a 2018 with all the features you could hope to have on a new one. But when you buy or lease a car, you always have to be concerned about the inevitable service. We had previously owned a KIA and had it serviced here at Paramount and we were always impressed by the quality of the service. When we returned this past week for a look at the new cars, we were very impressed by how we were greeted and the attitude of the people we met. When we returned to make a deal, Jarrad, our original contact was busy with a client and we ended up dealing with Odie. He's a real professional. The best experience of my life! My husband and I referred us to Paramount Kia, as we were in desperate need of a new vehicle, and are inexperienced in wise vehicle purchases. We visited for the first time on 7/22/17 and met with Sean Charles. He was very kind, friendly, and more than happy to help us. He asked a few questions, which helped narrow our choices to best fit our needs and budget. Sean showed us a beautiful red '13 Kia Optima, and my husband and I fell in love with it! I gave it a test drive and I was so pleased. We also looked at a Santa Fe, but I think our minds were already made up! We went back on 7/25/17 and met with John Miller. He was polite, professional, and friendly. We talked about the Kia Optima, and I asked for another test drive. John was more than happy to let us drive it again, as I was extremely nervous the first time. I knew I just had to have it! John helped us in more ways than we could ever imagine! We also worked with Jordan Ogle, and he was super friendly too! He explained many of the financial aspects of purchasing the vehicle, which helped me understand, since it was our first important car purchase. Overall, I loved our experience there. I love Paramount Kia, and I can't wait to go back! More

Great price & great to work with! My husband & I wanted to surprise our 16 yr old with the car she'd been dreaming about.. a white Kia Optima. We live in Tn but found one at Paramount My husband & I wanted to surprise our 16 yr old with the car she'd been dreaming about.. a white Kia Optima. We live in Tn but found one at Paramount Kia in Asheville. Luckily, we were helped by Krisha Arrington when we called about it. She helped us to get the price that we needed and arranged for us to come in. The only day we could come in was on her day off, yet she was more than happy to meet my husband there. The transaction went wonderfully and my husband made the 2 hr drive back home, Krisha was awesome, checking in with us several times to be sure everything went great!
