We did do the test drive, but the model available didn't have some of the features we wanted on it, so our salesperson Mike Newman was going to search for other available options. In the meantime, he asked us to test drive a Kia Sorento that had everything we wanted, plus things we didn't know we wanted. Long story made short, we ended up purchasing it, and trading in the car we drove in that day. Everyone we met was pleasant and helpful to us. Andrew had to ride with one of us at a time. I'm thinking with driver license, insurance information & a credit card this should prove that the customer are ok to test drive a vehicle. More
