So, I decided to "just go by" and look at the Optima. Our original sales person was no longer there so Jodi Biltonen offered to help us. She let us drive several models of Optima (regular, hybrid, plug-in hybrid) and was not pushy at all. Gave us lots of information. I am not usually an impulse buyer but when I got the quote from Aaron, we ended up going over and leasing the Optima plug-in. I absolutely love the car. I was really trying to get out of there fast so from finance to use of the vehicle, I really didn't get much of an explanation (my fault) but Jodi kept checking back with me and got me back in, at my convenience, to detail the car and answer any questions I had on the vehicle. She was great to get me the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend her and this dealership. More
