excellent sales person--customer relations John Miller i bought a 2013 kia sorrento today and received excellent service from Mr. MIller. he was very helpful in helping us get a new vehicle. the only pro i bought a 2013 kia sorrento today and received excellent service from Mr. MIller. he was very helpful in helping us get a new vehicle. the only problem we encountered was with the bank doing the financing wanted so much information that we did not have with us at this time, but Mr. Miller was very patient and helpful in getting everything we needed to finance the vehicle. he also offered us snacks while we waited. he deserves a raise.//// More
This dealership is NOT a professional one. I had to sign a second batch of paperwork because Paramount messed up on the first set; the payments were twice as high as the ad stated; had to ask t I had to sign a second batch of paperwork because Paramount messed up on the first set; the payments were twice as high as the ad stated; had to ask them 3 times to send odometer certification to my insurance; I was sent "property taxes" on a leased car and advised they would take care of everything, title transfer, etc; the manager was very rude when I came back to get the odom faxed to insurance company; Paramount NEVER advised me who done the financing or how I was to pay each month; Paramount Kia did NOT have it together; so I took the car back before the first payment was made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to dealership. More

Kudos to Excellence and Integrity I went into Paramount Kia for the second time. The first was 11 years earlier when I purchased my first Kia. I went to Paramount with a plan in place I went into Paramount Kia for the second time. The first was 11 years earlier when I purchased my first Kia. I went to Paramount with a plan in place of what I wanted, aware of what I could do financially and prepared to not be able to make it happen. I was met at the door by Tammy Jones. Her first words were "how can I help you"? Those words were the atmosphere for that entire visit as well as my experience of leasing a new Kia Sportage that day. Tammy was such a good listener and her actions and decisions lined up directly with what I shared. After a test drive Tammy went to the business manager, Josh DeHart who again listened to my plan and went back to work to find the right deal for me. I appreciate the integrity and character both Tammy and Josh showed me from the time I showed up until the moment I drove away in a new Sportage. That was the key point in my decision to once again go with Paramount Kia. Second was the fact that my first Kia had been an amazing car for 11 years. I will definitely recommend Paramount Kia, but even more hope others are able to meet with Tammy Jones and Josh DeHart. Thank you to both of them for their excellence in customer service and their integrity. More
