I appreciate their patience in waiting for me to find the time to come to the dealership to look at the car that I was extremely interested in. The 2011 Chevrolet HHR that I purchased was listed at a great price and the dealership negotiated to give me a very fair trade-in price on my car. I was provided with paperwork that proved the car was in excellent shape. I was there on a Saturday, their busiest day, and had to wait a little bit to talk to the finance person but Nelson let me hang out in his office and helped pass the time quickly. All the staff was very professional and were knowledgeable and efficient in their jobs. It was a pleasant experience and I would do business with them again in the future. More

The only thing that bothered me was I didn't get an extra key to the car n had to leave the dealership n go right to the gas station to get gas! They allowed us to look at all the vehicles on the lot that we were interested in and not just the ones they assumed we could buy or the ones that they needed to sell in a hurry.
