The entire crew of sales men on Tunnel Rd was worth the trip they were wonderful company and great people to talk with and they all have a sense of humor! Went to Kia used car lot to look at some used midsize SUVs shown on their website. We met Michael Shirley and he walked us through the process of matching our needs to vehicles he had in stock. The first vehicle he showed us turned out to be just exactly what we were looking for! He answered all our questions and treated us fairly throughout the buying process. Michael also went above and beyond by helping us return a rental vehicle during a time of usually heavy traffic which made the task very time consuming. Members of management also stopped by to check if our needs were being met - nice touch. Joel Smith also helped with the financial portion of the deal and helped us figure out a unique situation we were faced with. Bottom line, I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for new or used cars! More
