Met up with Anthony to look at an Sorento at your Asheville location. I came from Tennessee to view a particular vehicle. He did good job linking me with the car, evaluating the trade in and deali Asheville location. I came from Tennessee to view a particular vehicle. He did good job linking me with the car, evaluating the trade in and dealing with the negotiation for the Car. I viewed your staff as professional, courteous, and thorough. I finished the transaction finance. The manager was excellent providing me with options to complete the transaction. One negative was that the your company required the use of a debit card vs a check for payment. I never experienced a REQUIREMENT to finish that transaction. I don’t use my debit card. It prolonged the transaction. More
