Tim knew his product, and took the time to show us several vehicles and explain the features of each. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase before we were ready. ( a first for me in car buying) Also Evan Payne, Finance Manager, took the time to explain all options, and allowed us time to decide what worked best for us.
