I bought two! I was sick and tired of broke down used cars. When I brought in an old Kia for repair Chris made it possible to trade it as is and to buy a 2018 Kia S I was sick and tired of broke down used cars. When I brought in an old Kia for repair Chris made it possible to trade it as is and to buy a 2018 Kia Sportage and a 2019 Kia Forte. He was friendly and trustworthy. I recommend this dealership. It was also a bonus that they were a Christian business since my wife and I are also Christians. More

Quick and easy I walked in for information on my existing Kia, didn’t think I would qualify to trade or buy... I called Chris in sales and told him I had to get a car to the Dmv by 445 pm he told me to see Let me just say Paramount Kia in Hickory is top notch. I called Chris in sales and told him I had to get a car to the Dmv by 445 pm he told me to see Kyle he would make it happen . When I got there at 403 pm I told Kyle I needed a oil change also. His comment was not if your going to leave here at 445 let’s get the inspection done and schedule you for a oil change and do the recalls later in the week.. his main concern was getting me to the dmv not making a dollar. My car was returned to me at 428 pm . This goes along way with me Chris told me to ask for Kyle and he would make it happen and that he did. This goes a long way most dealers want to make big profits before I would go to any other dealers I would not pass up Chris in sales or Kyle in service these guys are like super hero’s at least in my book they are.. She was able to connect me with a salesman after I had received a phone call about possibly reducing the payments on my current vehicle. Kelsey was able to connect me with Michael. He was very honest about my situation. He did the necessary leg work and paper work to help me make sound financial decisions. Based on the information he provided, I traded for a Kia Optima. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and wasn't scared of my driving (and insisted that I must drive it even though I was confident that the "shoe" would fit perfectly)! He has followed up with me to make sure everything has been fine with the vehicle. Not only did I make a great trade, I made lots of friends! More

Horrible experience Just to let everyone know beware of Paramount Kia in Hickory. They have refused to come and pick my car up when it has a recall. I took my car to them Just to let everyone know beware of Paramount Kia in Hickory. They have refused to come and pick my car up when it has a recall. I took my car to them and had an appointment then they tell me they don't have the part for the recall after an hour. So I told them they would have to pick my car up they said they would. So today they didn't show up to get my car and said they wouldn't because I told them how I had been treated was horrible and that I would call channel 9.. I have always had a bad experience with them. Please share this cause everyone needs to know to stay clear of them. I was cursed by a salesman in 2013 when my car was there for another recall. I did speak my mind Friday because they say one thing and do another. I should have took action before is exactly what I told them. So basically if your ok with being mistreated this is the place to go. It is hard to put everything in detail but I wanted to warn everyone of paramount kia.. Once you mention channel 9 or getting advice from an attorney of your rights then they will still service your car but will not pick it up so basically they want me to miss more work due to them not having the part when an appointment had been made. The service department just told me they had no control over parts???? Aaron also refused to give me his last name or let me speak to a manager. They also don't want to be put on speaker phone or have the phone call listened to by someone else. David seemed to want to help until I brought up channel 9 or taking action. About my treatment then he was told by upper management not to pick my car up... So I guess my time doesn't matter More
