My salesman was fantastic and went above and beyond I was in the market for a new car after 18 years since buying my last brand new car and I thought I wanted a Kia. Before we even left the lot for the test drive Jacob went over every detail of the cars and the sleekness of the interior and really made sure I understood what I was looking at and possible getting. When we got back I knew without a doubt I now wanted a VW but Jacob allowed me the time to decide which one and worked very hard to get me the best price possible. And when it was time to discuss paper work with Michael, he took the car out to get a full tank of gas, washed it, and he even gave me some all-weather floor mats! Michael explained the paperwork process precisely and was informative when needed. It was just an all-around great experience and I have a car (that looked even better in person than the pictures!) that will last me a long time.
