Using the internet I found that Paramount had exactly the car I wanted. I called about 6:30 on a Monday evening and got connected to Butch. He took care of everything quickly and expertly. They delivered the car to me in Knoxville TN on Wednesday morning - I didn't even need to go to North Carolina to get it! And the delivery was included in the price. I have since recommend Paramount and Butch to 2 people in East Tennessee looking for VW's. More

It’s possible! I was worried about the paperwork, and the fact that I didn’t really have money for a down payment, my trade would not really hold much value either. I kept telling myself I was not going to acquire any vehicle because dealerships make it difficult. If you do; find the car you like, it could be so expensive, never in my most wild dreams, could I have been more wrong. Paramount gave me all my available options and not every case is the same, but I walked out with a VW Passat, low mileage, low payments, took a few minutes and I was on the road with sweet ride. Other dealership had promised me a vehicle but when it came time to make the purchase they had sold it, it happened several times. I’m so glad I purchased my vehicle here. More
