When there was a delay in getting some after-Factory parts in (therefore pushing back our pickup date) Ernie was considerate of our time and holiday schedule by keeping us informed and up-to-date. When paperwork time came, Colton was so informative and patient with our questions in the process. We never felt uncomfortable or uninformed throughout the entire test-driving/buying process. His excitement about features on the cars got us excited. He was a good listener and seemed to anticipate our questions and concerns. Caleb was dynamite. He and Joey communicated well and worked well as a team to get us the car for the price and payment that we were comfortable with. No pressure, just genuine help and excitement. He was about getting the job done. We liked that. Colton was professional and efficient. He, too, was a good listener and clearly sought to meet our needs. If I had one critique of the experience it would be the discrepancy between the number of miles showing on the odometer and the number noted on the contract. The contract number was less by about 145 miles. I inquired about this difference and was assured that we would not be charged overage as a result and would actually be reimbursed if necessary, when our lease is up, but nothing was noted in writing, which left me feeling like the issue was not resolved. I will probably follow up again just to ease my mind. Overall, however, these men made the car buying experience truly a walk in a beautiful park. I recommend them highly. More

I can’t believe that after the talk I had with Mr. Wes the salesman that he did not communicate how important it was to call and make arrangements to have the car delivered down the block or to my friends so it could have been a surprise , dam ! I? sole with Earnie over the phone initially and he was very helpful but the actual sale was less so . The administrative is just extortion and robbery and ruined the sale More

The courtesy extended to me every time I have any interactions with your dealership is impressive because of its rarity. Such assistance and courtesy is refreshing and should become more widespread. I just thought you would like to know how helpful and appreciated your staff are every time the need arises! The staff are kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I bring my 2009 beetle there for service and have always been pleased. A few months ago I was waiting on my beetle and I was looking at the new ones. Todd Hardin asked if he could help me....welll you know how that goes. Told him no thanks and that was that. Then I had a question....that’s when it began....lol To make a long story short....Tom listened to me and what I was looking for and what I wanted. You see I was looking but not really looking if that makes any sense. During the next month he would call and check in to let me know he had me in mind and wasn’t giving up. Then I get “the call”....he has the perfect car for me ...everything I’m looking for...there is a nice lady trading it in now and he wants me to be the first to know....it’s not going to last long. I’m thinking typical line.....lol so I go straight to the dealership and test drive it while the lady is still there buying another bug. I would have never believed it if it didn’t happen....lol Due to my schedule I know I must have been a nightmare to work with but Todd was understanding and did everything he could to accommodate my hectic schedule. Many phone calls, texts and emails later I am at the dealership buying my “perfect” Beetle! There was a slight computer glitch during the purchase however the Todd and Colton T. did everything they could to ease the wait. Colton answered the many many questions I had and made recommendations and even saved me a few dollars in the process! Thank you Paramount for your excellent dealership and thank you Todd Hardin for your attention to the details of what I wanted! In every sense of the phrase “A very satisfied customer’....thank you!
