This guy is super knowledgeable and I found him to be extremely trustworthy. As a whole, I could not be more satisfied with my experience here. I feel like I not only got a great price on my car, but I also walked away with a couple of friends. I worked with Ernie Masche to purchase a new 2017 VW Alltrack over the course of a few weeks and he I wish every automobile purchase was this amazing. I worked with Ernie Masche to purchase a new 2017 VW Alltrack over the course of a few weeks and he was an absolute gentleman the whole time. I am from PA and the dealership was in NC so there was some distance between us and transportation concerns to work out. Ernie was responsive and courteous throughout the whole process. He and the team were honest and up front about everything. The first car that I had selected was unfortunately damaged during a hurricane while awaiting transport, but Ernie worked to find a replacement vehicle diligently. I flew down to Charlotte and he recommended a shuttle service to Hickory. He picked me up at the Hickory airport with my new Alltrack and we drove back to the dealership to finish the transactions. The deal was amazing, the process simple and fast. I would do this all over again when my wife starts looking for her next vehicle! Thanks again to the kind folks at Paramount! More

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I have been searching for months for the perfect vehicle for me. I stumbled upon a Jeep Wrangler which was beautiful and exactly what I was looking fo I have been searching for months for the perfect vehicle for me. I stumbled upon a Jeep Wrangler which was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I contacted the dealership and got Butch as a salesperson on accident. And I am so glad I did! His customer service was wonderful, explained the details on the vehicle, showed me all the things included with the vehicle, and went out of his way to hold it for me, knowing I was driving an hour and a half from out of state to view it. They allowed me to sign all the paperwork the night before so I could pick it up the next day. I worked with Colton as well, he helped me finance the vehicle with a wonderful interest rate, and did it very last minute for me. He had a very friendly attitude as well, and was always willing to work with me. I will, and already have, recommended this dealership and the wonderful smiling faces to everyone I know. I get multiple compliments daily on my new vehicle and I tell them exactly where to go to find them one as well. They have made a lifetime customer. More
