Sales experience The experience was good. Parker was aggressive early to help me learn about the vehicle and in pricing the vehicle. He also sold my wife on the car The experience was good. Parker was aggressive early to help me learn about the vehicle and in pricing the vehicle. He also sold my wife on the car when they met. He was very understanding and helpful throughout the process with our entire family, including 5 and 7 year old boys. Two disappointments are (1) the first I learned the car had over 3,000 miles on it was in the office signing the papers to buy the vehicle and (2) his lack of knowledge about the hybrid setup and other features of the car. Now looking back I better understand the pricing given the mileage and, based on a bit of research, I understand the hybrid optimization is very complicated. All that to say, I'd do it all over again, but I do think there are things you all can do to improve the experience as well. More

Awesome sales team and fantastic experience I arrived 1 hour late for my appointment because I overslept, and my salesman was on a test drive with another customer. Another salesman, Brandon, to I arrived 1 hour late for my appointment because I overslept, and my salesman was on a test drive with another customer. Another salesman, Brandon, took over, and we went on a test drive in a 2014 Boxster S. When we got back to the dealership, my original salesman greeted me and took over. It was the most seamless experience I have ever had. The whole experience was mind blowing, and I was gas upped and ready to go in about 3.5 hours. I'm sure it could have been shorter, but I like to gab. Evan & Colton, the business manager were excellent, very professional, efficient and effective.
