We had every intention of purchasing a different Mark Cloninger did everything within his power to make our experience with Paramount a positive one. We had every intention of purchasing a different vehicle, however with the unique need to carry newborn twins in the coming months, in addition to our 6 year old who's in a booster seat, the size of the initial vehicle would not suffice. Mark went above and beyond to ensure the size was adequate for us, even going to the extent of getting a tape measure and finding infant car seats to test whether they would fit. Once we identified alternate vehicles with 3rd row seating and/or more room in the back seat, he did everything possible to find us a vehicle that would fit our needs and work within our budget. There was never a time we felt pressured or uncomfortable. This dealership and salesman are both top tier and highly recommended! More
