First time I have enjoyed buying a car Went to Parmount "just looking" not really looking to buy yet. Wanted to decided what we wanted and what we could afford. We explained what we were looking at and what we thought we wanted. We ended up with a much better and nicer car than we had planed on for only a little more money than we planned on which was awesome! Melissa listened to us got us exactly what we wanted! She didn't even mind working after their closing time on a Saturday. Before we left she explained everything about the car and how it worked, even connected my phone to Bluetooth. I didn't have to go home and read the manual to figure things out. Loving my new VW Jetta! More

Allen was extremely helpful (without any high pressure sales tactics). After very little negotiation, we had a deal and my vehicle was scheduled to be delivered (in record time). Well, I now know they read these comments. After my evaluation I did get a phone call from the salesman on a Friday. The next Monday Bobby (sales/service???)called and we went over all my concerns. H evaluation I did get a phone call from the salesman on a Friday. The next Monday Bobby (sales/service???)called and we went over all my concerns. He apologized, and took the time to find out what went wrong. He fixed the log-in problem I had. He found out about the carrier costs, the problem I had with insurance licensing and the difference in mileage on my title. As with any dealership, there are bound to be people mistakes. I just happen to be a very literal person and there seemed to be a lot of questions I needed answered. He followed through on all of my concerns. By him taking the time, calling me, listening to me and calling me back when he got the answers I do feel the dealership does care about the customer and wants to make right any problems the customer has. I now feel there was no intention on their part to "blow me off" after selling me the car, as I first thought, and would recommend this dealership. If you have a problem, and the right person is informed, I am sure they will do whatever they can to keep you a happy customer. More
