He knew about the used car I was buying which isn't typically the case if the make isn't what the dealership sells. I would happily buy from Evan and this dealership again in the future. More

"First Car Purchase" made Easy I am a 56 year old woman and I had never purchased a car on my own. For different reasons, that task was left to others throughout my life. But, it I am a 56 year old woman and I had never purchased a car on my own. For different reasons, that task was left to others throughout my life. But, it was time for a new vehicle and I was terrified of how to wheel and deal and what car and where to buy and on and on...I had looked for a car about 3 different times in the past 3 years but always gave up and just stayed with my car. I needed a new car that would be good on gas, spacious and could handle surf racks...I began my search once again. I found the car in the lot at Paramount Volvo. I loved it and when Butch walked up to help me, it was as if we were friends. He was informative and not pushy. He didn't make me feel anything but at ease. We test drove it and he test drove my car and then the negotiations began! It was painless, actually fun. The whole staff was willing to help me and give me the most for my car and get those surf racks on that Volvo ASAP. Making me a happy girl. It was in my budget, I loved the Volvo and Butch made it a pleasurable experience. I actually felt right at home when I returned the next day so they could do a little extra detailing on the car, that they offered to do. The majority of the negotiation for the car was handled via email as I reside outside of Hickory. I cannot compliment Colton Tannenbaum enough as to his professionalism and timely responses in regards to my many many questions and concerns. On the day of pick up everything was exactly as promised...the car was clean, full of diesel and ready to go!
