Often working with high end dealerships can feel like an exercise in social hierarchy politics (I own an Audi and have dealt with another such dealership with a different feel!), but not at PPVV. We found a gently used car online for our daughter. It was a trade-in that PPVV had on their lot. Despite the fact it was not a new car or even one of their carried brands, we were treated as valuable customers from the get-go. Ernie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable with zero pressure or pretense. We live about an hour from the dealership, and they even delivered the car to our town when it was ready without additional cost! I would definitely purchase a vehicle from PPVV again in the future! I brought in a trade and clearly stated several times that I wanted to lower my cost of financing and payments. I asked many times what the interest rates were and never got a response until sitting down at the signing table. Then at that point they shared the rates (which were almost 4 points higher than expected). Tried to walk away and they roped me back in. In the end I ended up with an older vehicle with virtually the same monthly cost and financing (which is despicable). Any reputable, honest, and ethical team would have help the customer realize that the difference would be minimal, at best, and they would advise or point out this fact (considering the stressful nature of purchasing a vehicle). Nevertheless, as a single female coming in with her elderly mother apparently I was “fresh meat” a prime target for profit. Nice job boys. I’m sure this is NOT the way you’d treat your own mother, daughter, sister, or wife. Thanks for taking advantage of a difficult situation. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, oh yeah you’d have to have conscious for that to happen. Can’t even adequately express the irritation I have with this team and this company. The CEO (Benny Yount) is apparently on the board of a Christian based organization (CBN). We had looked i My wife and I visited the dealership on 7/20/19 in response to an e-mail from Rudi Rudisill regarding specials for possible trade-in. We had looked into a Tiguan 2 years ago and did not have enough trade-in on our Passat to trade at that time. This time, Todd Harden showed us a brand new 2019 Tiguan which we drove; and immediately decided to attempt to trade in our Passat for what we had deemed “our dream car”. Todd and Parker worked with us most of the day and we were able to drive home with “our new car”. We cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist on; however, Todd was more than we could have asked for when dealing with a “car salesman” from his friendliness to his knowledge and willingness to make sure that we were informed every minute of the process as to what was going on with the financial part of the transaction. When it came time to complete the deal, Parker went above and beyond to discuss available car care plans. He was very informative about what each plan would cover as well as costs. When signing papers (or should we say, signing on the computer), he was again very patient and informative regarding all information that we needed to know in order to be comfortable with signing the paperwork. We left very happy and very comfortable with both our experience and our decision. This was not our first experience with Paramount, as Debby, first had a Jetta, then we traded in a car for a new Passat and now upgraded to our Tiguan. Paramount is this place for us for car purchases and we continue to complete all of our service there, including my wife’s Toyota. More

They even handled finding a vendor to ship the car to me (the vendor was not good—many delays and no calls to check in with me—but I wouldn’t hold that against Paramount too much), and the whole deal unfolded in only a couple weeks.
