If you’re considering taking your Hyundai in under the warranty—whether it’s the 100,000 or 150,000-mile coverage—do not even think about going to this dealership, because you’ll always end up with a cost warranty—whether it’s the 100,000 or 150,000-mile coverage—do not even think about going to this dealership, because you’ll always end up with a costly surprise. They keep your vehicle under the pretense that it’s being inspected under warranty, only to later tell you that the issue isn’t covered, and you’re left with a hefty bill. The service is rude, and it feels more like they’re after your money rather than trying to help you. While I was there, I even had the chance to speak with an elderly gentleman who was also seeking service for a key issue, and he was extremely upset because they were charging him $1,000 for it. If you own a Hyundai—which in my opinion and experience are not good vehicles to begin with—do not even think about taking it to Paramus Hyundai. Instead of helping you, they’ll charge you even for the inspection. I honestly don’t understand why Hyundai takes pride in its warranty when it’s essentially useless—you end up having to pay for everything anyway. I’ve been there three times, and every single time I’ve left angry and disappointed. I never want to go back, and I certainly will never buy a Hyundai again. You’re better off taking your car to a local mechanic, who might even do a better job, because at this dealership they only care about profit—not about helping their costumers. More

6 weeks ago after getting extended warranty notice for peeling paint I called Paramus Hyundai to schedule repair . Seems like these types of dealerships are quick to take your $ when buying a car and for repairs / maintenance but they don't want to be responsible for their company's defective paint extended warranty.
