I will never go there again and trade in both cars with other brand asap I would like a response from Route 4 Auto group owners or manager about this deceptive practice More

I went to Hyundai Paramus for my complimentary oil change after more than six months since my last visit. They refused the service, saying my mileage was too low, even though Hyundai’s maintenance policy al after more than six months since my last visit. They refused the service, saying my mileage was too low, even though Hyundai’s maintenance policy allows oil changes every 6 months or 7,500 miles, whichever comes first.
