Straight forward on pricing and when the vehicle we were looking at was sold to another person our sales person went to bat for us and got us a great deal on an even better vehicle. They took an unpleasant event (vehicle desired being sold to someone else) and turned it into a better experience for us and did everything they could to make the process painless. The service department was great on making sure the vehicle was ready for us and that we were happy with our new purchase. Can't say enough good things about our sales rep (Mark Kremer) as he was great at keeping us informed of what was going on and the options available to us. I know this seems silly, but of the last 3 new cars we've purchased, this was the only dealer we've had provide a full tank of fuel and ensuring everything was as it should be without even asking for it.
