Hello Bigyelow, First of all, I apologize for my delayed response. I was out of town when your review appeared and so I was unable to respond sooner. We do appreciate all feedback, as even when it is less than positive it gives us a chance to improve our service. When I read your comments about our driving your Jeep into a shop door and claiming it to be your fault I was naturally concerned. I contacted our Service Manager, Barbara McGinn to investigate and she is unaware of any damage having happened since September of last year. We also have security cameras on all of our doors so we certainly should be able to review the tapes to determine exactly what happened. David & Jonathon Dworsky, fully understand the what, where, and when. I will continue to push customers of your dealership to any Jeep dealer than Park. Your owners are shortsided, and truley not worthy of the Jeep label. I will warn people of my terrible experiences and nightmare that Park Jeep caused and continue sway in any means possible to avoid Park Jeep. Im certain after stopping at least a dozen test driven Jeeps outside your dealership at least half went to other locations after hearing my story and being empathetic to my cause. Park Jeep cant be trusted, they lied to me and will continue to lie to customers.
