I submitted a request through Costco for pricing and had three dealers interested in presenting pricing. Anastasia outworked everyone with excellent response times and thoroughness of her efforts. My wife and I started using Parker Johnson's Wilsonville Honda in the summer of 2016 after we moved to Mount Angel, OR. Their service professionals and the attitude they have of being there to SERVE has kept us going back for all of our scheduled maintenance. Best Car-Buying Experience I've Ever Had I came into Parker Johnstone's Honda so I could do a few test drives of some car models that I was interested in. I met with Josh, and he was extreme I came into Parker Johnstone's Honda so I could do a few test drives of some car models that I was interested in. I met with Josh, and he was extremely friendly, low-pressure and answered all my questions while we went on a great test drive. Next time I came in I brought my wife with me, so she could test drive the models. I didn't have an appointment, so Josh was busy and I ended up speaking with Taylor, who arranged to give us the keys and allowed us to test the cars on our own, with no pressure at all. We LOVED this, and it really set the dealership apart! No pressure. Drive it like you own it. See if it fits you! It was around that visit that we came to meet Anastasia. My wife and I became interested in the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid, and Anastasia was the Clarity expert at the dealership. She answered all the questions that we had and gave us tips and tricks, showing us the unique quirks of the car. I left feeling pretty good about the Clarity. Finally, I came in and met with Anastasia (again without an appointment) to do one last test drive of the car, and the dealership had just received a large delivery of Clarity models. One of them (silver w/black leather interior) caught my eye and after the test drive, Anastasia ran the numbers on a lease and included a generous trade-in offer on my Nissan Xterra. My wife and I couldn't pass up the great low monthly payment, so we traded in the Nissan SUV and drove the silver Clarity off of the lot that afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the car: it's like driving an iMac with all the cool features! Anastasia really went above and beyond, all with a great big friendly smile on her face! This was hands-down the best car buying experience I've had. The salespeople were so friendly, informed, low-pressure and NICE! Like, happy-to-be-at-their-job-on-a-weekend NICE! It made me feel valued and special, and just put a big smile on my face to work with the Parker Johnstone team. Thank you to Josh and Taylor! And a very special THANK YOU to Anastasia for going above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a brand new Honda (...or a slightly used Nissan Xterra!) More

Best car shopping experience ever! When I walked into Parker Johnstone and immediately met Taylor I was put at ease. Coming by myself to look at cars was previously a very nerve-racking When I walked into Parker Johnstone and immediately met Taylor I was put at ease. Coming by myself to look at cars was previously a very nerve-racking experience but Taylor made it a great one! She is informative without being pushy. She is pleasant to talk to and she answered all of my "dumb" questions that a woman can have. There was no pressure and she even encouraged me to look at the other cars on my list before making my decision. I immediately came back and bought my CRV from Taylor. The day I picked up my car, she was waiting for me and walked me through the whole process. She even said I could text her later if I had questions about my new car! I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again and I can only hope Taylor will still be there! More

This crew knew there STUFF, I was in and out in less than two hours and that included a trade in..... The future will have auto dealerships like Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda cornering the market on vehicles, as the consumer is more and more knowledgable about vehicle pricing, etc. The shady dealerships of the past will grow obsolete..
