I contacted the dealership about a car I was interested in buying and after speaking with the sales rep I was given an out the door price that was $4,700 over what the list price was!! We made service reservation on a Wednesday for a Thursday appointment. Appointment was not in their system. Part was not ordered and had to wait till Monday. Today I was getting ready to purchase a vehicle for $14,000. It turns out the final price was $3,000 more than asking. During the test drive the salesman and myself felt something like the transmissi $14,000. It turns out the final price was $3,000 more than asking. During the test drive the salesman and myself felt something like the transmission was slipping. The Service Manager determined there was a broke motor mount. They wanted to add $1,200 to the price of the car as well as another $899 so I could submit a claim in the event the stains could not come out once they detailed the car. I forgot to tell you the car was absolutely nasty, obviously they had not taken the time to ensure the car was ready to be displayed on the lot. The Sales Manager had the gull to tell me it was perfectly ok to add these additional charges to the car. I would not go to this dealership unless you're ready to pony up and pay for things you identified were wrong with the vehicle. Buyer Be Aware! More

I have been a loyal customer of GM for many years. I have never waited an hour and a half for an oil change at any GM dealership before. There is something bad wrong with a service department that takes that never waited an hour and a half for an oil change at any GM dealership before. There is something bad wrong with a service department that takes that long to change oil. If this is going to be the norm for GM service I will change to another car manufacturer! More
