It’s true the car is 11 years old, however, I’ve never had a dealer begin to enforce up charges after they’ve received a cash offer. The “As Is” offer should go into force once we’ve closed the deal and I left the lot. I surely hope you’ve increased your asking price to $16,500 or to whatever you need. It should not have happened while you had an active customer that has submitted a cash offer. I will not be returning to your lot, furthermore, I will take every opportunity to tell friends and family what happened.
