Very bad communication, a language barrier culture issue maybe, but definitely not service oriented. Plus, It felt like the used car salesman stereotype of old. See above. Deceptive practices. I was also told the $300 would go towards my bill but when my windshield wiper motor was diagnosed, they said it would be $386 m Deceptive practices. The problem is I was charged $300 for a diagnosis and not told until two days later that they can't diagnose my issue if the message isn't actively on the dashboard screen. If told upfront, I would've waited until that was the case and saved myself $300 a
