Maybe one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Communication was lacking, my car was basically held hostage because it was going to “be difficult” to have to file paper work again. Parts weren’t ordered when they said they were so it took longer than expected for my car to be worked on in the first place. It took 3 WEEKS for a MIRROR to be replaced. I have been using Parks for service of my old Edge for the past years. I never had a complaint, but recently I seem to notice significant improvement in the way they deal with customers.
