I’ve tried to book an appointment online- system would not let me pick a date. Charline said someone from dealership would contact me. Approx three days later I called- hung up after 20 minutes. It felt like pulling teeth, trying to get my car fixed. They did not have my best interest at heart, just what would get them paid and what would get them paid the most. Even when I wanted information about possibly just trading in my car and purchasing a new one, a sales person wouldn’t even call me back. If I could go back, I would drive the extra mileage to go to a different Hyundai dealership, then had to have dealt with them. never again will I go there, and I’ll make sure to tell anyone I know not to go there either.
