I loved coming back because of this beautiful lady. She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember when I was a fleet manager in one pharmaceutical in the Philippines, I love seeing beautiful ladies as service advisors. Parks Ford you nailed it. But one thing I cant understand, Ford tech has magic touch why my car is drivable again when I am 100% sure it was the dual clutch is the main issue and I want to shove a new one but I ask them if I can avail their customer loyalty program for one time TCM replacement. Personable, knowledgeable, helpful. The only complaint, that has been remedied by them already, was one of my windshield wipers started detaching from the metal. After only having the vehicle for less than a week, was initially told or heavily implied that it's a wearable item and it wouldn't be replaced by the dealership for free. Austin did help me out though so I'm no longer irritated by that. Fernando was an amazing salesman. Very warm, knowledgeable and was genuinely happy for me. Marcos was great as well. Very friendly and helped explain some of the legalese and questions I had about the loan. Overall, excellent staff and 2nd experience at this dealership. I recommend them to anyone that's willing to listen! More
