Waited 3hrs to get an oil change. Did not reset oil change light. Did not change the sticker that's usually on the windshield. Still have the one from the previous dealership. Did not top of fluid EVEN after they've said they checked everything. Did not equalize tire pressures, although they said they checked and did an all point inspection and gave me the checklist. After 3hrs, only oil was changed (230-530), and I had to go back to the counter to get the car. More
