I made an appointment and took my car in for a general service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and told them I was waiting on my car . It took almost 4 hours to finish my car, even after I checked in at service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and told them I was waiting on my car . It took almost 4 hours to finish my car, even after I checked in at the 2 hour mark to check on the progress. This is the second time a general service has taken >3 hours.
