Levin Hickman deserves a gold star. When I took my vehicle to Parks of Gainesville for an oil change and to get 4 new tires, I didn't realize the car was a making an unusual noise. The mechanic may have pointed it out to Levin and Levin brought it to my attention. He was willing to have a valet to come to my house clear in Melrose to pick up my car so that he could have the mechanic give it a second look. Indeed, something was not right with the vehicle which Levin worked diligently with Ford Motors to ensure the broken part was replaced. For that, I'll be forever greatful to Levin.
