One call did it all Made one call to Jeff at Parkside Kia. I knew what I wanted and what I was going to pay for it. Jeff delivered on everything I asked for. He knows his product and knows how to make car buying pleasant. We set up an appt and were in and out of the dealership in less than 1.5 hours. Best car buying experience ever. I have been involved in the grueling experience of dealing with car dealers, both new and used, for over 50 years. I was in the market for a new Kia t I have been involved in the grueling experience of dealing with car dealers, both new and used, for over 50 years. I was in the market for a new Kia this time. I had spent 2 days going back and forth with several Kia dealers in the Nashville area and could not make a deal with a price that was acceptable to me. I made a single email request to Parkside Kia and received a reply within hours. That Parkside quote was over $2,000 lower that the lowest price I had been able to get in the Nashville area. The day before I had offered to pay a Nashville dealer a price that was $1,000 more that the Parkside quote and was rejected outright by the Nashville dealer. This was for the exact same vehicle ! Price is not the only area in which Parkside Kia shines. The personal service and respect was wonderful. No pushy sales pitches to get the deal closed. Matt Warner took time to listen to my desires and show me all of the features of the car I had selected. I am looking forward to buying my next car at Parkside Kia. More
