Since I had my ALZ husband & a caregiver with me, time was important. Salesman, Jeff Ford was terrific! He was sensitive to my situation, and understood that I wanted to "seal the deal".... without "haggling". He made that happen. With his help, we finalized all the details in a short amount of time. Due to my husbands condition, I could not wait around for them to get the car ready with the extras I requested. So, Jeff delivered it to me the very next day! My family was blown away with this kind of service. We have bought several new cars (first Kia) in our lifetime, but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience ever!!
