Experience was great, I worked with Drake Waldrop throughout the process. Purchased a used vehicle, non-Toyota. I usually dread going into dealerships, but they didn't make me feel that way. We spoke numbers remotely since the dealership is relatively far from me. Came in to inspect the car, test drive, and clear any other questions. Overall, the process was very smooth, Drake was very professional and easy to work with, no pressure from anyone at the dealership. Drake made good conversation while we waited at times. My only gripe with the experience was since it was a used car, they missed a few spots cleaning that I found after I got home. No big deal just made the cleaning look like a rush job. I wouldn't remove a star for that. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership and would shop there again. Don't plan on buying any more cars in the near future though. More
